All payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the promised service.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to perform our services (e.g., channel links, preferences, etc.).
Failure to provide required information on time may delay the delivery.
You retain full rights to your YouTube channel and content.
However, any optimization work (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, scripts) delivered by Selvra Labs remains under our copyright until full payment is received.
All project details shared with Selvra Labs will be kept strictly confidential.
We will not disclose your information to third parties, except to trusted freelancers who directly assist in your project under confidentiality agreements.
Selvra Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes (e.g., a fixed number of views or subscribers).
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice.
Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
